Scott Vermeire is an Oakland-based writer and performer whose work blurs the boundaries between comedy and art. Scott is known for his solo performances as well as his ongoing collaborations with Sad Vicious and Wonderment Consortium. His work has been featured in The Washington Post, The Onion, Timothy McSweeney’s Internet Tendency, and Viceland. Scott has performed at SFMOMA, YBCA, and SF Sketchfest. Scott co-produces San Francisco’s experimental comedy show ‘Talkies’. He received his improv education from UCBLA, Alan Arkin, and David Rasowski.
